It was an honor to photograph the event that took place in Kodiak. Coast Guard Base Kodiak personnel lined the streets wearing their dress uniforms to pay respects. Two Coast Guardsmen who were killed April 12 at Communication Station Kodiak were placed in a Coast Guard C-130 after their funerals. They were flown to Anchorage to eventually find their final resting places. May God bless their families and friends. Honor. Respect. Devotion to Duty. I am proud to be a part of this organization and am blessed to have taken these photos.
